What is included in the Wedding Car Service?

Two trips to the church/wedding ceremony,if within a short distance and time permitting 

Following the ceremony and photographs, one trip to the reception

For civil ceremonies and reception in the same venue, we also offer two trips again subject to time and distance

The wedding car and chauffeur will wait until after the ceremony for photographs, followed by a short trip in the wedding car for the Bride and Groom.

We also offer evening transfers to transfer Bride and Groom away from the reception to a hotel or airport. Please contact us for a quotation

Does the car come with ribbons and flowers?

The wedding car will be decorated with a traditional V ribbon in cream. If you have a specific ribbon colour we will require approximately six metres of 50mm wide soft ribbon

The car also has a silk flower arrangement on the rear parcel shelf. If you have a fresh flower display we are happy to use them instead

Can we view the car before we decide to book?

It is always a good idea to see the wedding car before you book so that it meets your requirements. Please feel free to contact us to arrange a convienient time to come and view the wedding car

How far in advance should I book the car?

It's advisable to book the car as soon as possible to guarantee its available for your date

How long will the car stay for photos?

The car will stay as long as it is needed to get your perfect photos

If the wedding is delayed or overuns, will there be additional charges?

No, after many weddings we take any delays in our stride

Do you book more than one wedding a day?

No, our wedding car is only ever booked for one wedding a day

How many people will be able to travel in the car?

Dorothy can carry 4 passengers Fred can carry 5 passengers

Can I change my date after booking?

If the new date is available yes, with no charge. If the new date is unavailable then the deposit is non-refundable

Can you supply additional cars?

Yes we have close ties with another wedding car company and can arrange additional cars through them.

We also have dealings with Berkshire's Big Red Bus Company 

Should we tip the chauffeur?

Tipping the chauffeur is not expected but if you feel a gratuity is well deserved then that is your prerogative and will be received with thanks

Your personal data is safe with us, we do not collect email addresses forwarding them to third parties, that would be illegal.

Your personal data will be retained for a period of twelve months following the date of your wedding, at which time all will be deleted. If you require us to delete it at some other point in time please email steve@flyingladycars.com with your request. The exception being the documentation that HMRC requires us to keep for a minimum of six years following our annual tax return. That documentation will be encrypted and password protected following our tax return and only re-opened at the request of HMRC. Once the six years has expired all information will then be destroyed. Other than us no other party will have access to any of your data with the exception of our accountants who will be able to access only that which they need to complete our annual tax return to HMRC.”
